01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and JDClub9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the JDClub9 website located at https://jdclub9.cam and all associated services, features, games, and products made available therein.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the JDClub9 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

JDClub9 reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage all Members to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

03 Account Eligibility

Membership on JDClub9 is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. JDClub9 enforces a strict minimum age requirement in line with internationally recognised standards for casino-style gaming.
2. You must be registering and playing of your own free will, for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the JDClub9 platform under any prior account.
4. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction.
5. You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual in relation to any account, deposit, wager, or withdrawal.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of JDClub9 or its affiliated third-party suppliers.

04 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on JDClub9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and valid contact information. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must update them promptly if they change.

JDClub9 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before a withdrawal may be processed, all Members must submit the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank statement header);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team.

JDClub9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Members are responsible for securing their login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party, and JDClub9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to credential misuse or sharing.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

JDClub9 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian-friendly deposit and withdrawal methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. All MYR transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit with no currency conversion markup applied by JDClub9.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation (timing varies by network).
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• A fully verified KYC status is required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and volume at time of request.
• JDClub9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving large or unusual withdrawal amounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

JDClub9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying the respective promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Full contribution tables are available in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered at the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Promotional Abuse: JDClub9 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• VIP Programme: Cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and tier-specific rewards are subject to the VIP programme terms in force at the relevant time. JDClub9 reserves the right to amend tier thresholds and reward structures with reasonable notice.
• Referral Bonuses: Referral bonuses are credited upon confirmation that the referred individual has successfully registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and referrals between household members are not eligible.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on JDClub9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement.

• All sports betting results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, the Premier League for EPL fixtures, or the UFC for mixed martial arts events).
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to changes in match circumstances. JDClub9 does not accept liability for incomplete or suspended markets resulting from unforeseen events.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifestly incorrect odds, JDClub9 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Member's account.
• Casino game outcomes for slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. JDClub9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per game and per session. These limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface.
• Minimum bet amounts and other game-specific rules are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JDClub9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or fictitious identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker to gain a collective advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds;
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation;
• Systematic arbitrage betting strategies solely designed to exploit promotional offers with no recreational intent;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the JDClub9 platform.

09 Responsible Gambling

JDClub9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools that allow Members to maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available from within your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately but cannot be increased for a cooling period of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Members may activate session time reminders at specified intervals to stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from JDClub9 may contact our support team to initiate a self-exclusion request. Self-excluded accounts will not receive any marketing communications.

This platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. Gambling can become harmful. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the JDClub9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, promotional materials, game assets, software code, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of JDClub9 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JDClub9 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any JDClub9 content without express written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform;
• Using the JDClub9 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written approval;
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds, game data, or user information from the platform using automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JDClub9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering or gaming activity;
• Temporary platform unavailability or technical interruptions;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing by third-party payment providers;
• Data loss or security breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Decisions made by game providers in relation to game outcomes or bonus awards.

JDClub9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In all cases where JDClub9 is found liable under any applicable legal theory, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

JDClub9 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described therein.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, and platform usage data. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and — where consent has been provided — to send promotional communications. Your data is never sold to unauthorised third parties.

All data transmissions between your device and the JDClub9 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

JDClub9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or payment fraud;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request;
• Account activity that presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to JDClub9;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (e.g., voluntary closure by the Member), any genuine, unencumbered balance in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Balances derived from Prohibited Activity may be forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JDClub9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by posting a notice on the platform or notifying Members via their registered contact details.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions, along with the effective date, will always be published on this page. Continued use of the JDClub9 platform following publication of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which JDClub9 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between JDClub9 and a Member, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication via the JDClub9 support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, JDClub9 operates a formal complaints procedure. Members may submit a formal complaint in writing to our support team. JDClub9 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation in force in their jurisdiction of residence.
